Return and refund policy

We ask you to really consider your purchase. However, we understand that there can always be a reason why you need to return an item.

Items can be returned within 2 weeks, in the original package and in the original state with the hangtag still attached to the item.

Return costs have to be paid by the customer.

Feue Studio will process your refund once we receive the returned items. We reserve the right to refuse any returned items.

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Please note that some countries outside the European Union, like the United States, may require import duties upon the arrival of your return. These costs will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received, please allow up to 7 business days for processing the refund.
