PRODUCTION

All items are produced in a small factory in the north of Portugal. We ship all orders placed on weekdays before 23:59 the next day.

SHIPPING & PICK-UP

After we receive your order, it will be shipped the next day (on weekdays). You will then receive a track and trace code so you can keep an eye on your package.

We ship to Europe, the UK, Norway, Sweden, Australia and the United States.

After finishing your order, shipment will take the following days:
Netherlands
Home Delivery (1-2 Business Days)

Pick up at our office in Amsterdam. E-mail us with your order number to make a pick-up appointment.

European Union
Home Delivery (1-5 Business Days)

UK, Norway, and the United States*
Home Delivery (2-10 Business Days)

*Please note that some countries outside the European Union, like the United States, may require import duties upon arrival of your order. Feue Studio does not cover these costs.

Make sure to provide the correct home address, including any house number additions or door codes (if applicable) and the name on your mailbox. Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details will be returned to Feue Studio. The cost of re-shipping the order will be your responsibility.

RETURNS

We ask you to really consider your purchase. However, we understand that there can always be a reason why you need to return an item.

Items can be returned within 2 weeks, in the original package and in the original state with the hangtag still attached to the item.

Return costs have to be paid by the customer.

Feue Studio will process your refund once we receive the returned items. We reserve the right to refuse any returned items.

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Please note that some countries outside the European Union, like the United States, may require import duties upon the arrival of your return. These costs will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received, please allow up to 7 business days for processing the refund.

SIZES

FEUE STUDIO works with the sizes XS to L. Not sure what size to get? Send an e-mail to info@feue-studio.com or send us a message on Instagram and together we can find out which size will fit you perfectly.

CARE

Good news, you don't have to hand wash your items.

However, you should wash your items on a maximum of 30°C.

You can also iron your items. However, only on the lowest temperature on your iron and it is suggested to turn your item inside out before you iron it.
